Chakra Cleansing sessions are an integration of multiple healing modalities. Each session begins with a chakra reading to get a clear picture of the current state of your 7 main energy centers. Based upon the reading, crystals are placed on your chakras to bring them back into harmony. Next a variety of essential oils are used or massaged into the body in certain areas setting clear supportive intentions. The session will close with sound healing techniques utilizing tuning forks applied directly to specific areas to re-awaken or balance your energy centers. At the close of the session there will be a meditation or customized visualization based upon your needs. During this time you will receive further sound healing from wind chimes attuned to the vibrations of your 7 main chakras.
